Where do we source our meat?

-All our meat is ethically sourced throughout Australia and Tasmania. At Lamont’s we only opt in for only the highest quality meat at the best prices possible. Predominantly grass fed and free range with a small selection of products being grain fed. 

Are the weights of my items exact?

- Our team will always ensure that your items are as close to your selected weight as humanly possible. Items can differ is size very slightly as most products are hand made. However we will aim to hit within 50 grams every time! 

What is the Delivery Process?

- Lamont's ships orders twice a week, these days are Tuesday and Friday. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday morning. All orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be shipped on Friday Morning. Orders will be shipped out at 8am sharp so please allow a 2 hour window for delivery from one of our friendly delivery drivers :)

Are prices on the website different than in store?

- Yes. Prices on the website are different compared to instore. This is due to the operating costs of deliverys and running our website/business. We have priced all items carefully to ensure things run smoothly and our customers recieve high quailty products. We always encourage people to come down and shop instore as well!

Is there a miniumum spend and Delivery cost and why wont it let me order?

- Lamonts has implemented a min delivery fee of $50 and a $5 delivery fee to ensure efficientcy within our store and with our drivers at this current period of time while still new we also have a 10km radius of delivery from store, any address outside this will not be able to complete a transaction.
