Grass-fed scotch fillet, Black Onyx wagyu porterhouse, Cape Grim, house mince.

Sausages

Honey chilli beef, classic BBQ snags, honey lamb — made in house.

Lamb

Greek legs, rolled loin, kofta and rump — plain or marinated.

Rolled loins, free-range pork, kievs, schnitzels and cordon bleu.

Our story

Thirty-five years on Hampton Street.

Paul Lamont opened the doors on Hampton Street more than 35 years ago, and built a name on traditional quality and variety.

Five years ago, long-time Lamont's butcher Trent Fletcher took over the block — keeping everything locals loved, and lifting the standard higher again. Same shop, same street, sharper than ever.

The grill goes out front.

Saturday mornings, the BBQ fires up on the footpath and the whole street smells like it. A Hampton ritual for years — come grab a snag and say hello.

The pantry

More than a butcher.

There's a little farm-style shop in here too — free-range eggs, traditional stocks, local relishes and sauces, premium charcoal and the bits that finish the cook.

Our award-winning hams.

Come Christmas and Easter, the hams are the reason half of Hampton walks through the door — and our home-smoked bacon is a year-round favourite.
